Clifton Gardens  Situated in an historic area of Mosman, the project brief included a restoration of the existing home, capitalizing on harbour views and introducing a contemporary extension to the rear garden.    Sympathetic to the traditional Mosman homesteads of the area, the house alteration consists of retaining and restoring the original features in the main form; employing steel window joinery and zinc tray roofing to be carried through to the contemporary extension in the rear.  The extension is a transparent flat-roofed pavilion containing the living area and connecting to the garden and swimming pool.
