Bronte Beach House

This project has been commissioned as a substantial alteration of an existing home with dramatic views over Bronte Beach.  The scheme needed to comply with council requirements of minimising visual impact from the street at the rear and beach at the front.

Our response capitalises on the value of the site by opening to the ocean views and providing features such as a lap pool, roof garden terrace, and bespoke master retreat.
